3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at jazzychirp@gmail.com to assist you.
  • We want you to LOVE your products! If your item(s) is damaged, please provide clear photos of the defective item(s) condition with your order number.

4. Late or Lost Orders:

  • I genuinely empathize with any inconvenience you may experience due to a lost package. However, I want to kindly clarify that once the package leaves my possession, I no longer have control over its whereabouts or delivery process. While I wish I could assist further, unfortunately, I am not liable for lost packages once they are in the hands of the postal service or courier. I'm here to support you in any other way I can and explore alternative solutions to resolve the situation together.

5. Changes to the Return Policy: - Jazzychirp reserves the right to update or modify the return policy at any time without prior notice.
